The goal was to offer an intuitive, easy-to-use platform for accessing educational content, managing learning schedules, set growth plan and tracking progress.

The project involved creating a web application learning platform tailored for children 
and their parents. The goal was to offer an intuitive, easy-to-use platform for accessing educational content, managing learning schedules, set growht plan and tracking progress.

The project tackled challenges in creating a scalable, user-centric platform with features for children, parents, and administrators, balancing functionality, resource constraints, and future growth.

This project focused on creating a user-friendly platform for children and parents, prioritizing essential features like scheduling and progress tracking while managing resource limitations. Robust administrative tools ensured seamless oversight, 
and scalable, flexible design prepared the platform for future growth.

From business planning to architecture design, I delivered tailored solutions to align features with market needs and ensure scalability.

I provided comprehensive project support, aligning the platform’s strategy with market needs through a Lean Canvas plan and benchmarking.  Using BRIDGeS and MSCW frameworks, I prioritized high-value features, while designing a scalable, secure, 
and high-performing architecture.

  1. Lean Canvas Business Plan
    I developed a Lean Canvas business plan to define the platform's value proposition, customer segments, and revenue streams, aligning its features with market demands.
  2. Benchmarking
    Through market research and competitor analysis, I identified key trends and features that shaped the platform's design and differentiated its value in the ed-tech market.
  3. Feature Definition & Prioritization Using BRIDGeS+MSCW
    I facilitated stakeholder workshops and applied the BRIDGeS and MSCW frameworks to prioritize core features based on business value and development effort.
  4. Application Architecture
    I designed a scalable, secure, and high-performing architecture 
to ensure a seamless user experience for children, parents, and administrators as the platform grew.

Comprehensive Application Design for Multi-User Experience

I designed the entire application, including the web interface for children and parents, as well as the back-end dashboards for administrators. Special care was taken to ensure that the platform was easy to navigate and provided a smooth experience across all devices.

The final platform design delivered a holistic and scalable solution that successfully met the needs of its diverse user base.
